David and Alison are thrilled to have been invited to do a tasting at River Cottage.
Apparently the Halen Môn with organic celery seeds is used by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall to season some of his dishes, so the idea is to major on getting that out to as wide an audience as possible.
The tasting will take place on Friday July 10th and we are grateful to Pip Corbin for arranging it. As it is nearly a 600 mile round trip it has been bolted onto a short break to attend a car rally. This means the journey will be further complicated by driving it in a 1926 Sunbeam, the furthest distance attempted to date.

We’re hoping for a very specific type of weather- not too hot as the car might boil over - and not too wet as it leaks….
We’ll be there, fingers crossed, from 10:00am to 2:30pm so do come along and say hello.
